DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON FILE?
No. Even though we have top level SSL encryption on our website, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. STRIPE, who handle 28% of online transactions in the world, handle the recurring subscriptions on our behalf.
WILL I BE LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We pride ourselves on our 'cancel anytime' subscription model. We believe you will love your monthly care package arriving and will wonder how you were ever without this. If you do wish to cancel, remember to do this in your account portal before your subscription renews.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED IF I CHOOSE TO SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?
You will be automatically billed on the same day of the month that you signed up! Example: If your first purchase was 10th March, your next payment would be 10th April. Your care package will be dispatched after payment is received.
